Thank you . . . We couldn’t have done it without you!

This issue of the Town Flyer marks our 25th anniversary. We are very aware that the success of the Town Flyer is directly related to the support that we receive from our advertisers, the organizations, the businesses, the success of our residents, and mostly from our loyal readers. Without you, we would never have reached this significant milestone and we are truly grateful to each and every one of you.

The Town Flyer has grown from the first issue published in April 1993 with six pages, 19 advertisers, and 1,000 copies. Advertisers in the first issue included Biehl Printing, Dorothy J. Miller Bonovitz  Income Tax Practioner, Cousley’s Autobody, Deer Lakes Floral, Ellena Funeral Home, Fox’s Pizza Den, Laurel Savings, Millers Service, “C” Mittica’s Salon, Palmer Drug, R & A Auto Parts, Russellton Shop ‘n Save, Sherri’s Country Garden, Siciliano’s Pizzeria and Groceria, Siwicki-Yanicko Funeral Home, Starr Road Mushroom Market, Suburban True Value Hardware, Trocki Service and Yute’s Ideal Cleaning, Inc.

Color was introduced to the Town Flyer in the July 2007 issue. With addition of the Town Flyer web site, www.townflyer.com, and a Facebook page, www.facebook.com/TownFlyer has provided our advertisers and contributors the opportunity to have their information available 24/7 and has been visited by over 850,000 viewers.

During the past 25 years, we have enjoyed incredible growth and have always placed a strong emphasis on improving customer care and satisfaction which plays an integral part in our continued success.

A very special thank you to Mr. William Yanicko of the Swicki-Yanicko Funeral Home who has never missed advertising in an issue of the Town Flyer and to the late Mr. Dan Angeloni who has been instrumental in helping us keep the heritage of our area alive for all of our readers. Thank you to Mr. Rick DeMoss for making sure the Town Flyer is delivered each month.
As we begin our 26th year of publication, we look forward to bringing you the good news of our community and to another year in which to serve you better.

Thank you again, from our family to yours,
